After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: intraventricular haemorrhage neonatal, pneumothorax, pulmonary haemorrhage. Survanta dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENOBARBITAL, INDOMETHACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/26/2002.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/01/2005.
