Survanta side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 04, 2005. Male patient, weighting 6.53 lb, was diagnosed with acute respiratory distress syndrome and was treated with Survanta. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradyarrhythmia, convulsion, hypotension, respiratory distress, thrombocytopenia. Survanta dosage: 12ML ET TUBE. During the same period patient was treated with AMPICILLIN, CEFOTAXIME, PHENOBARBITAL, ACYCLOVIR, VANOMYCIN, MORPHINE. Patient recovered.
