Surgical side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Mar 29, 2005. Female patient, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with hip fracture, surgery  and was treated with Surgical. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure immeasurable, hypotension, pulse absent. Surgical dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SURGICAL SIMPLEX P BONE CEMENT. Patient died on 03/22/2005.
