Sumatriptan side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from NETHERLANDS on Feb 17, 2006. Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with migraine  and was treated with Sumatriptan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: feeling abnormal, feeling cold, hyperhidrosis, loss of consciousness, pain in extremity, piloerection, shock. Sumatriptan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENOXAPARIN, DICLOFENAC, OMEPRAZOLE, DAFALGAN, MEPHADOLOR. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , abdominal pain lower, abnormal faeces, colitis ischaemic, diarrhoea haemorrhagic, gastrointestinal disorder, gastrointestinal sounds abnormal, hyperhidrosis, muscle spasms. Sumatriptan dosage: 6MG SINGLE DOSE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with MIRTAZAPINE, SEROQUEL, PENICILLIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angina pectoris, hyperhidrosis, hypertension. Sumatriptan dosage: 6MG PRN IM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
