Male patient, 65 years of age, weighting 261.0 lb, was diagnosed with migraine  and was treated with Sumatriptan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, agitation, confusional state, headache , hyperreflexia, mental status changes, pyrexia, serotonin syndrome. Sumatriptan dosage: ? MG ONCE PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, crying, feeling jittery, incoherent, paranoia, serotonin syndrome, tremor. Sumatriptan dosage: 50 MG AS NEEDED PO. During the same period patient was treated with SERTRALINE, IBUPROFEN, COMPAZINE, ROCEPHIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
