Male patient, 14 years of age, was diagnosed with tourette's disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder  and was treated with Sulpiride. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: head titubation, hyperhidrosis, muscle spasms, pallor. Sulpiride dosage: DAILY DOSE: 800 MILLIGRAM(S). During the same period patient was treated with FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation , delirium, difficulty in walking, dizziness , hyperhidrosis, muscle rigidity, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, tachycardia. Sulpiride dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MAPROTILINE HYDROCHLORIDE, AMITRIPTYLINE, MIANSERIN, BROMPERIDOL, CLOMIPRAMINE. Patient recovered.
