Sulfatrim side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on May 09, 2006. Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection
and was treated with Sulfatrim. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain
, deep vein thrombosis
, haemoglobin decreased, hypovolaemic shock, international normalised ratio increased, muscle haemorrhage, retroperitoneal haematoma. Sulfatrim dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METRONIDAZOLE, WARFARIN, CEPHALEXIN, NIFEDIPINE, ACEBUTOLOL, INDAPAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
