Female patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Sulfamethoxazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, clostridium difficile colitis, confusional state, dehydration, dialysis , dyspnoea, fatigue, hypotension, large intestine perforation. Sulfamethoxazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, GENTAMICIN, CIPRO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/29/2006.
