After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection , encephalitis , herpes virus infection, histiocytosis haematophagic, pancytopenia, pneumonitis, rhabdomyolysis, staphylococcal infection . Sulfadiazine dosage: unknown. Patient died.
