Sulfadiazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 28, 2007. Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 190.0 lb, was diagnosed with toxoplasmosis and was treated with Sulfadiazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, back pain , emotional distress, fall , head injury, pyrexia, spinal fracture, urticaria. Sulfadiazine dosage: 500 MG, QID2SDO, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LEUCOVORIN CALCIUM, DARAPRIM, ZOCOR, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Sulfadiazine dosage: 500 MG, QID2SDO, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LEUCOVORIN CALCIUM, DARAPRIM, ZOCOR, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Sulfadiazine dosage: 2 - 500 MG PILL 4 X'AS PER DAY FOR 6 WEEKS. During the same period patient was treated with DARAPRINE, LEUCOVOR, SIMVASTATIN, LEVOTHROID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
