After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: feeling abnormal, myocardial infarction. Sular dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BENICAR, CARDURA, TOPROL, LISINOPRIL, ZOCOR. Patient died on 12/19/2007.
