Sucralfate side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Dec 03, 2007. Female patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with duodenal ulcer and was treated with Sucralfate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatitis acute, lymphocyte stimulation test positive. Sucralfate dosage: 3000 MG. During the same period patient was treated with RABEPRAZOLE, ALLOID G, GLORIAMIN, THIATON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatitis acute, liver disorder. Sucralfate dosage: 10 MG TID. During the same period patient was treated with RABEPRAZOLE, ALGINATE CALCIUM GLUCONATE, GLORAMIN, THIATON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
