Succinylcholine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 09, 2006. Female patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with induction of anaesthesia and was treated with Succinylcholine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation. Succinylcholine dosage: 100 MG, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOFOL, FENTANYL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium increased, cardiac arrest , electromechanical dissociation, ventricular fibrillation. Succinylcholine dosage: 140 MG IV X 1. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOFOL, MEROPENEM, VANCOMYCIN, VORICONAZOLE, ZANTAC, PAXIL, NEURONTIN, FENTANYL. Patient recovered.
