Female patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , anxiety , muscle spasms, hypothyroidism, depression  and was treated with Suboxone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation , hallucination, visual, joint swelling, tremor. Suboxone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ATIVAN, VALIUM, ARICEPT, LEVOTHROID, PREMARIN, BUSPAR, CYMBALTA. Patient recovered.
