Streptomycin side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 16, 2005. Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with tuberculosis  and was treated with Streptomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: toxic epidermal necrolysis. Streptomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ISONIAZID, RIFAMPICIN, PYRAZINAMIDE. Patient recovered.
