Steroids Side Effects Report #5054739-8
Steroids side effect was reported by a Health Professional from ITALY on July 10, 2006. Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Steroids. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: colon cancer, colostomy, cytomegalovirus infection What is  cytomegalovirus infection, diarrhoea, epstein-barr virus infection, irritable bowel syndrome What is  irritable bowel syndrome, lymphadenectomy, weight decreased. Steroids dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with STEROIDS NOS, CYCLOSPORINE. Patient died.

Steroids dosage: 2 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with STEROIDS NOS, CYCLOSPORINE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood beta-d-glucan increased, epstein-barr virus infection, lymphoproliferative disorder, pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, serum sickness. Steroids dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE. Patient died on 08/28/2004.
