Stelazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 13, 2006. Male patient, 42 years of age, weighting 170.0 lb, was diagnosed with convulsion and was treated with Stelazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: facial spasm, fall What is  fall, head injury, inner ear disorder, loss of consciousness, middle ear disorder, nervous system disorder, speech disorder, tardive dyskinesia. Stelazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with XANAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
