Stelazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on Sept 22, 2006. Female patient, 33 years of age, weighting 160.9 lb, was diagnosed with insomnia and was treated with Stelazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: facial palsy. Stelazine dosage: 5MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with SETRALINE, CLOXAZOLAM, CARBAMAZEPINE. Patient recovered.
