Stelazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on Feb 22, 2008. Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Stelazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, coma, dyspnoea, fatigue, fibromyalgia, hypoaesthesia, muscle spasms, pain in extremity, paralysis . Stelazine dosage: 5MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN, PARNATE, CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 20 years of age, weighting 90.00 lb, was diagnosed with affective disorder and was treated with Stelazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, overdose, urine output decreased. Stelazine dosage: 5MG T.I.D. ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TOFRANIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
