Starlix side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 01, 2006. Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Starlix. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood glucose increased, cough, gastric lavage, gastrointestinal disorder, hiccups, pneumonia , pulmonary congestion. Starlix dosage: 120 MG, TID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: multi-organ failure, pneumonia . Starlix dosage: 60 MG, BID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/03/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioplasty , catheterisation cardiac, dysuria, enteral nutrition, haemodialysis, multi-organ failure, pain , pneumonia , renal failure. Starlix dosage: 60 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with BUSCOPAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/03/2007.
