Starlix side effect was reported by a Physician from BRAZIL on Sept 05, 2008. Male patient, weighting 139.6 lb, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disorder, hypertension and was treated with Starlix. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, angiodysplasia, arteriovenous malformation , asthenia, chest pain , colonic polyp , concomitant disease progression, diverticulum intestinal, enterectomy. Starlix dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with STARLIX DJN, STARLIX DJN, VALSARTAN, AMLODIPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, colectomy total, diverticulum intestinal, gastritis, haemoglobin decreased, intestinal haemorrhage, lung infection, pyrexia, vomiting. Starlix dosage: 240 MG, QD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
