Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 158.0 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Starlix. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, arrhythmia What is  arrhythmia, blood glucose decreased, blood glucose increased, eructation, fatigue, glycosylated haemoglobin increased, heart rate increased, tremor. Starlix dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BYETTA, AVANDIA. Patient recovered.
