Starform side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on Feb 14, 2007. Male patient, 58 years of age, weighting 174.2 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Starform. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, weight decreased. Starform dosage: NATE 600 / MET1500 MG/DAY. Patient recovered.
