Starform side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on June 26, 2007. Male patient, weighting 209.4 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus and was treated with Starform. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic surgery, pneumonia . Starform dosage: NATE 120 / METFOR 850 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DIOVAN AMLO, INFLUENZA VIRUS VACCINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
