Starform side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on Nov 06, 2006. Male patient, child 8 years of age, was treated with Starform. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental exposure, body temperature increased, depressed level of consciousness, loss of consciousness. Starform dosage: NATE 240 / MET 1000 MG. Patient recovered.
