After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dependence, fall , humerus fracture, hypotension, syncope. Stadol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, IMITREX, PROMETHAZINE, GUAIFENESIN, PHENAZOPYRIDINE, BUTALBITAL, XENICAL, VICOPROFEN. Patient recovered.
