After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood thyroid stimulating hormone increased, dizziness What is  dizziness, dyspnoea, headache What is  headache, nausea What is  nausea. Spironolactone dosage: 100 MG (100 MG, DAILY INTERVAL: EVERY DAY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DIANE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
