Female patient, 88 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder, cardiac failure and was treated with Spironolactone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal impairment, urinary tract infection . Spironolactone dosage: 25 MG , ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with COVERSYL, ASPIRINE, ACETAMINOPHEN W, DIGOXIN, THYROXIN, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
