Female patient, 91 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, osteoarthritis  and was treated with Spironolactone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure, therapeutic agent toxicity. Spironolactone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, IBUPROFEN, BUMETANIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/31/2006.
