After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bladder disorder, cerebral ischaemia, cerebrovascular accident, hypertension, hyponatraemia, malaise, polydipsia. Spironolactone dosage: 25 MG (25 MG, QD), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, SIMVASTATIN, DIPYRIDAMOLE, CANDESARTAN, CARBASALATE, OMEPRAZOLE, TAMSULOSIN, BACTRIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
