Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension  and was treated with Spironolactone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased, cardiac failure, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, haemoptysis, pneumonia . Spironolactone dosage: 25 MG (25 MG, DAILY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TRACLEER, COZAAR, WARFARIN, MIDAMOR, FUROSEMIDE, EMCONCOR CHF. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
