After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthenia, blood creatinine increased, blood sodium decreased, blood urea increased, c-reactive protein increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, white blood cell count increased. Spironolactone dosage: 50 MG;DAILY;ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DIGITOXIN, ACTRAPID, ALLOPURINOL, ASPIRIN, BISOPROLOL, INEGY, NAPROXEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
