After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , blood bicarbonate decreased, blood creatinine increased, blood glucose increased, blood ph decreased, blood pressure decreased, blood urea increased, cardiac murmur, dehydration. Spironolactone dosage: 50 MG. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL MALEATE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, MODURETIC, DIGOXIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
