Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 175.5 lb, was diagnosed with right ventricular failure, hypertension and was treated with Spironolactone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, neutropenia. Spironolactone dosage: 25 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TELMISARTAN, ALLOPURINOL, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, ROSIGLITAZONE, SIMVASTATIN, TOLBUTAMIDE, WARFARIN. Patient recovered.
