Spectracef side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 15, 2005. Male patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with off label use and was treated with Spectracef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain
, blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, clostridium colitis, dehydration, white blood cell count increased. Spectracef dosage: 400 MG, BID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
