Spectracef side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 02, 2005. Male patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with off label use, sinusitis
and was treated with Spectracef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine abnormal, blood urea increased, clostridium colitis, dehydration. Spectracef dosage: 400 MG, BID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
