Sotalol side effect was reported by a Physician from TURKEY on June 24, 2008. Male patient, 53 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with sinus rhythm and was treated with Sotalol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial flutter, bradycardia, cardiogenic shock, dizziness , hypotension, mitral valve incompetence, tricuspid valve incompetence. Sotalol dosage: 160 MG QD. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
