Female patient, 21 years of age, weighting 101.4 lb, was diagnosed with suicide attempt, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, hypertension, herpes zoster, medical diet, osteoporosis  and was treated with Sonata. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , overdose, suicide attempt, unevaluable event. Sonata dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CISAPRIDE, PLAQUENIL, PRINIVIL, FAMVIR, NEUTRA, NEXIUM, ACTONEL, ZANTAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
