Female patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumour and was treated with Somatuline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: injection site necrosis, injection site nodule. Somatuline dosage: (90 MG, EVERY 28TH DAY). Patient recovered.
