Female patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with pituitary tumour benign and was treated with Somatuline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , asthenia, colitis ischaemic, diarrhoea, hyperhidrosis, steatorrhoea, syncope. Somatuline dosage: (90 MG,) SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with LIPANTHYL. Patient recovered.
