Female patient, child 4. years of age, weighting 42.99 lb, was diagnosed with prader-willi syndrome  and was treated with Somatropin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , cardiopulmonary failure, pulmonary arterial pressure increased, respiratory disorder. Somatropin dosage: (0.24 MG/KG, WEEKLY). Patient died.
