Female patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder and was treated with Somatropin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiomyopathy , dilatation ventricular, dyspnoea exertional, ejection fraction decreased, ventricular dysfunction, ventricular hypertrophy. Somatropin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
