Soliris Side Effects Report #5324854-X
Soliris side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 24, 2007. Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 190.9 lb, was diagnosed with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria, prophylaxis and was treated with Soliris. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, dermatitis bullous, headache , skin haemorrhage, skin toxicity. Soliris dosage: 600 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 190.9 lb, was diagnosed with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria, infection prophylaxis, pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia and was treated with Soliris. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ammonia increased, confusional state, dermatitis bullous, haemorrhage, headache , impaired healing, lichenoid keratosis, mental status changes. Soliris dosage: 600 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 190.9 lb, was diagnosed with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria, antifungal prophylaxis, pneumonia  and was treated with Soliris. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ammonia increased, confusional state, dermatitis bullous, haemorrhage, headache , lichenoid keratosis, neutropenia, renal failure acute. Soliris dosage: 600 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 40 years of age, weighting 169.0 lb, was diagnosed with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria and was treated with Soliris. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: headache . Soliris dosage: 600MG IV WEEKLY X 4. During the same period patient was treated with ANZEMET. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: headache , infusion related reaction, toothache. Soliris dosage: 600 MG QW X 4; THEN QOW IV. Patient recovered.
