Female patient, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with pain , anxiety , depressive symptom, somatoform disorder, hypertension, diarrhoea, epigastric discomfort and was treated with Solanax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pyelonephritis acute, renal failure acute, sepsis . Solanax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT, AMLODIN, LOXONIN, COLONEL, FAMOTIDINE, NEUROTROPIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
