Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with breast reconstruction What is  breast reconstruction and was treated with Skin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: culture wound positive, graft complication, mycobacteria tissue specimen test positive, mycobacterium fortuitum infection, post procedural discharge, postoperative wound complication, therapeutic product contamination. Skin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
