After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: foreign body trauma. Skin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BENICAR, ASACOL, HALCION, LIPITOR, NIFEREX, LEXAPRO, COUMADIN. Patient recovered.
