Female patient was diagnosed with sciatica , arthralgia, tendonitis, diabetes mellitus and was treated with Skelaxin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, influenza, pruritus, sciatica , weight decreased. Skelaxin dosage: 800 MG, TID. During the same period patient was treated with CORTISONE, PERCOCET, VICODIN, NEURONTIN, LODINE, BYETTA, DIOVAN. Patient recovered.
