Skelaxin dosage: 800 MG, TID. During the same period patient was treated with SEROQUEL, DOXYCYCLINE, PREMARIN, LASIX, EFFEXOR, ZYRTEC, NAPROXEN, MICRO. Patient died on 02/25/2006.
