Sitagliptin side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRALIA on Nov 28, 2008. Female patient, 87 years of age, was diagnosed with insulin-requiring type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Sitagliptin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: intussusception. Sitagliptin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE, GLICLAZIDE, INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
