Sitagliptin side effect was reported by a Physician from MALAYSIA on Mar 07, 2008. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Sitagliptin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, cardiac failure, pallor, pyrexia, renal failure, ulcer haemorrhage. Sitagliptin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, GLICLAZIDE, NIFEDIPINE, FUROSEMIDE, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/15/2008.
